OUR STORY
Sometimes the sweetest adventures start in the most unlikely ways. Such is the tale of Zee and Fi.
It all began when the Tyrer family offered to take their housekeeper, Zama and her kids along on their holiday to the beach. Zama’s kids had only ever been to the ocean once in their lives. To say: ‘thank you’, Zama’s kids, Zee and Fi baked and sold cupcakes (mom helped) over a weekend to buy the Tyrer’s son a toy tractor – his absolute fave! They sold 400 cupcakes in just two days.
Seeing the opportunity for early success, Mrs Tyrer helped the young entrepreneurs (7 and 10 years old) start a cupcake business that now brings their super-yummy baked goods to you. And that’s how Zee and Fi started. We hope that you love eating cupcakes as much as the kids love making them. Spreading joy is what a cupcake does.
Zee and Fi has been renamed to Zama’s Cupcake Co. and on the 11 September 2021 we launched our caravan. A caravan that can be found at your event. Your dessert bar on wheels.
